This experience will let you stay two nights on the most westerly island in the Faroe Islands. You arrive by helicopter and leave two nights later by ferry. Your host is happy to assist you when booking the helicopter and ferry to/from Mykines Island.

The island is a place of rest especially from the autumn season through spring when there are no other travellers on the island. Visiting this time of the year is your chance to explore the island for yourself accompanied by your host and tour guide. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served for you as well as home baked cake with an amazing Faroese recipe. 

You will sleep in the quiet grass-roofed guesthouse in a double room or twin room with B&B standard. The guesthouse has gone through at total renovation and has everything you need for the perfect off-season experience on Mykines Island. The guesthouse is nestled in the hearth of the small settlement with neighbouring homes all turf-roofed.

This experience is open for a maximum of 4 persons. Minimum 2 persons needed for the experience to be done. Everything will be taken care of when on the island. Show up at Vagar Airport for your helicopter ride to one of the most beloved islands in the Faroe Islands. Your host will greet you at the helipad once you step on land on Mykines Island.
