Welcome to Faroe Islands

Just a few words to express how much we enjoyed our day with Jens Petur and Elsa Maria on their « see it all » tour in the Faroe Islands. We absolutely loved our experience. Such a great way to get an over view of several of the islands while exploring some specific note worthy spots in more detail. We learned so much about this beautiful country and we are in awe of all its beauty and uniqueness. We appreciated Jens Petur’s depth of historical and general knowledge as well as his love for his homeland. Both Jens Petur and Elsa Maria made everyone feel welcomed and engaged us all in the discoveries.

We highly recommend this experience.

Beautiful trip! I regret that we didn't go a few days earlier, because the puffins were already gone, but it was still fantastic adventure, with stunning views and faroese atmosphere.

It was a great tour. The island and the caves were spectacular! The ride from the harbor to the island was smooth. The mountains and sheer cliffs as well as the sea stacks where amazing Aaron our guide was fun and knew a lot about the formations and where the caves were. He even brought me back to the ship after the tour when my taxi didn’t show up. I would have missed the ship without him.

We had a great time and it was an unforgettable experience. I don't think we had enough though and we are hopeful to make another trip in the future 🙂. Elsa is an awesome guide, highly recommended!

Amazing adventure! We were afraid we missed the puffin season and we saw hundreds of them. Fun boat ride! The hill up to the nests is no joke! I have photos from my phone that look like they are from a professional brochure. Great guide and an experience I’ll never forget!

This was a lovely way to experience the Lake Above the Ocean! Michael was very helpful and explained the route as well as several lookout locations that were stunning!

We had the best experience with Niklas. He was so informative about the Islands, and more importantly we caught over 30 fish!! We took some fish back to our AirBnBs for meals while staying in the Faroe Island - so authentic. It was an amazing experience and would highly recommend booking with him.

Wonderful day with great guides, I learnt so much about life in the Faroe Isles from them. Really enjoyed it.

This tour was excellent and took us all over the islands. We saw so much! It's absolutely beautiful there. We did miss going to Torshavn only because our port time was short and we had to get back to the ship. Both Elsa Maria and her brother were great at explaining things and pointing out points of interest. I highly recommend this tour!

I can only agree with one review (Boison? from 2025).

Not at all worth the money!!!!
I did not see any added value to the trip. Guide was nice. But not coming from the area & did not tell anything extra than Google.

You can easily plan everything yourself and read about the sports using internet.

You can spend the saved money eg in Cafe Frida at the harbour. They make fantastic fish soup (145 DKK?). And there will be still enough money left:-)).

7km hike to Trælanípa, where Lake Sørvágsvatn looks like it’s sitting high above the ocean 🌊⛰️, then on to Bøssdalafossur, Bøur, Gásadalur, Geituskorardrangur and the incredible Múlafossur waterfall.
A full day of dramatic cliffs, waterfalls, tiny villages and some of the most unreal scenery I’ve ever seen. 💙
