This tour was excellent and took us all over the islands. We saw so much! It's absolutely beautiful there. We did miss going to Torshavn only because our port time was short and we had to get back to the ship. Both Elsa Maria and her brother were great at explaining things and pointing out points of interest. I highly recommend this tour!

I can only agree with one review (Boison? from 2025).

Not at all worth the money!!!!
I did not see any added value to the trip. Guide was nice. But not coming from the area & did not tell anything extra than Google.

You can easily plan everything yourself and read about the sports using internet.

You can spend the saved money eg in Cafe Frida at the harbour. They make fantastic fish soup (145 DKK?). And there will be still enough money left:-)).

What an amazing day exploring Vágar Island with Hanns, a wonderful guide 🇫🇴
7km hike to Trælanípa, where Lake Sørvágsvatn looks like it’s sitting high above the ocean 🌊⛰️, then on to Bøssdalafossur, Bøur, Gásadalur, Geituskorardrangur and the incredible Múlafossur waterfall.
A full day of dramatic cliffs, waterfalls, tiny villages and some of the most unreal scenery I’ve ever seen. 💙

Faroe Island and the Above the Ocean or Floating Lake was magnificent. One of the highlights of cruise filled with magnificent scenery and sights. Will be a recommendation as "Not to be Missed" to our traveling friends.

The tour was amazing! Our local guide, Melissa, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about every place we visited. We got to see all the spots we wanted to visit without ever feeling rushed, and the whole tour was relaxed and enjoyable. We had such a wonderful time and would 100% recommend this tour!

Incroyable et unique soirée vécue hier avec Jogvan. Il nous a fait découvrir son île avec beaucoup d'amour et d'enthousiasme. Ses fromages affinés sont délicieux. Pour terminer, sa femme nous a préparé un dîner plus que parfait. Les paysages sont évidemment exceptionnels.

We booked the guided tour with Michael and it was great! We very much enjoyed it, both the kayaking as well as the hiking at the waterfall area. This is the opportunity to see the cliffs and the waterfall from the other side: we had this area on our own whereas on the side where the official hike is, the traffic was much higher....

I would give this tour more stars if I could! It was one of the coolest experiences I’ve ever had. Incredible scenery from start to finish, with great narration from the guide. If you’re on the fence about booking this tour, just do it. It was worth every single penny…and then some!

Organized well. It was apparent safety came first to our guides. They were helpful, offering a hand wherever they could. Needless to say, it was great fun with spectacular views!
