Welcome to Faroe Islands

Very nice boattrip to Mykines and a lot of puffins, really close. On our tour the weather was as good it could be. Our guide was from the island and very informativ, and instructive. I recommend this trip.

Had a wonderful time on this tour. Guide was very patient, pleasant and on-time. Recommend it highly as a rental car is not such a good idea. Narrow one lane roads, very limited parking in the villages and costly.

Jen’s is a personable and skilled guide who leads this scenic hike from the outskirts of Torshavn over the tip of surrounding mountains to the charming little village of Kirkjebour. The hike is of moderate difficulty and features beautiful views. Jen’s provides interesting commentary on Faroese history, culture and customs. The ‘beer’ aspect of the hike is superfluous; really just a refreshment mid trail (but good beer!) ; I think the hike is really 98% about the wonderful surroundings and Jen’s shared wisdom.

It was an amazing tour and we had a great weather. Maybe I would like to have more information from the guide about the story of the place. Overall it was a great expirience.

Outstanding two hour trip. This was our favorite activity on the Faroe Islands. Captain was helpful, friendly and very safety conscious. Plenty of bird sightings, lovely sea caves, even seals came up to take a look (and we looked back!). Recommend this very highly.

Michael was fantastic at explaining everything and recommended hiking routes that led to some of the most incredible views. He was friendly, thoughtful, and went above and beyond by adding pillows to the kayaks to make us more comfortable. He also encouraged us to take our time and enjoy the experience without feeling rushed. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone looking for a memorable adventure!

Fantastic trip - thoroughly recommend, and covers so much more than simply the sea arches (which are superb), providing views of waterfalls, dramatic cliffs and seabirds, all supported by an excellent guide.

​Jens and Rigmor are incredibly warm, empathetic, and dedicated hosts. They don't just cook for you; they invite you into their lives. They shared fascinating stories about Faroese history, their local lifestyle, and their deep love for these islands.
​The food itself was a masterpiece—a beautifully curated 7-course menu featuring everything from fresh cod to traditional whale, paired with local beer and topped off with a delicious dessert. Every course came with a story, adding so much historical value to the meal.
​This is hands-down the best value-for-money experience we had on the islands. It is so much more than just a dinner; it's an authentic cultural connection. We left feeling like family!

It was such a lovely day with Elsa! The best guide you can have in the Faroe islands! And the trip itself shows most of the best spots just in one day, wich is very useful if you have little time and don't have a car. Totally recommend and hope we will visit again this beautiful place!
