The public bus from Tórshavn do also stop right in front of the boat. There is a bus leaving for Tórshavn at the end of the tour. The Mykines boat is back in Sørvágur just before 19:00pm.

You will sail to Mykines in a boat that carries 70 pax. You can sit on the deck while you are approaching Mykines or you can sit in the covered saloon. The crossing time is 45 minutes.

The boat departs from Sørvágur at 09:30 in the morning. You will take the return boat from Mykines departing at 18:15 in the afternoon.

Yes, the tour includes absolutely everything (except a transfer to Sørvágur from where the ferry to Mykines Island departs).

Is there a packed lunch for those with special food requirements?
Due to the island's remoteness, there is no vegetarian / allergy option. For any special requirements, we recommend you to bring food with you from the mainland to this far-flung outpost.

What happens if the ferry is unable to cross on the day of my trip?
We will then try to reschedule you for another day and if that day does not work for you, you will be refunded.
