Our group off the cruise ship was late arriving at the bike shop for the e-bike tour, so it departed without us. However, the owner was kind enough to take us on a shortened tour squeezed between his morning scheduled tour and his afternoon tour. The tour was excellent. We really appreciate that the owners provided this even though we were too late for our scheduled tour.

Since I was the only person who booked for my timeslot, I had a private guide, really great that he does that.
The guide was very nice, knew quite some things about the surroundings and some history. Thanks for descending into (and climbing out of) Norðradalur together!

I was the only person on the tour so it was very much catered to my fitness level and I got a lot of great information about the area as we rode. I decided to make the ride down and back up from the valley once we arrived at Nororadalsskaro and it was very hard but worth the mental/physical exercise! The guide is very nice and flexible and I would definitely recommend this tour as a way to explore the island.

It was a physically challenging tour, but with an E-Bike totally comfortable doable! And the view at the goal was all worth it. The guide made everybody feel good and really looked out for us regarding our condition! We would definitely do it again and we highly recommend the tour!

Bartal in Torshavn was a great cycle guide. He was friendly and enthusiastic, and we shared some very interesting conversations about the Faroe Islands in general, as well as the cycle culture within the islands. The tour involved a decent climb to begin with, but anyone with a moderate fitness level can definitely handle it. Plus, Bartal encourages you to go at the pace that is best for you, and he cycles accordingly. The views on the ride are absolutely stunning and it is a very enjoyable few hours out on the road! Definitely recommend this tour!

I went cycling with Berit it was amazing, the weather on this day wasn’t so kind to us. The others I did go cycling was amazing. He is a great tour guide and was very interesting to talk to. I would highly recommend a cycle ride to see this historic village. Thanks again Berit and also to his wife who made my trip so special. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a great bike tour! We were happy that we chose the e-bikes due to the windy and foggy weather (just another day in Faroe Islands :)) An excellent bike experience. Recommended it highly!

We took this bike tour to experience Faroe Islands by ourselves. We didn’t rent a car, so bicycle was the only option. Unfortunately I am not an experienced cyclist, although my son is. For me the selected trip was too challenging, especially in winter, as some roads were icy. Because of that our guide proposed to change the route and it was the right decision. We cycled around Torshavn, explored a lot of beautiful places, made nice photographs. The bikes were very high quality and the guide, Henrik was experienced, knowledgeable and worked very well in a group. Very nice trip, but for more experienced people

This tour was a lot more than I expected! I honestly thought that 1) Torshavn was going to be bigger and therefore 2) we were going to spend all 2 hours doing a light, slow pedal around the town center doing some sight-seeing, probably on a single-speed bicycle with little-to-no elevation change; kind of like seeing Copenhagen by bicycle, or maybe Napa Valley. Nope – we gained ~200 meters of elevation near immediately by leaving Torshavn, fought wind and rain and hail in the mountains above Torshavn, and we were mountain biking over trails, through streams, doing some light technical riding throughout, often shifting gears and scurrying up and down single-track. It was a great experience, I would do it again, but I would definitely come prepared with more water, warmer clothes, maybe some padded shorts and cycling gloves, etc. My guide was hilarious! He had a great sense of humor, and it was just the two of us, so it was a good ride; along the way he did point out some sites and gave me some history of what we were riding past, so I learned, I got my heart rate up, I saw some great scenery – I would recommend it to anyone who is accustomed to mountain biking and/or is prepared to brave the elements. Overall, it was worth it!
