Day 1
Sandoy Island
Monday. Today you will visit Sandoy Island. The island is known for its wide-open spaces. The perfect place to slow down and enjoy beautiful vistas.
You will spend the day sightseeing the island. Líraberg Cliff is todays highlight! Two other great attractions are the villages Sandur and Húsavík both offering splendid views from sandy beaches.
Once you are back in Tórshavn at the end of the day tour, we recommend you to drop by some of the local cafés and take a cup of coffee. You can also do a dining experience at one of the restaurants near the harbour.
Pickup at 08:30. Drop off at 15:30.
Day 2
The Northern Isles
Tuesday. Get ready to experience the Northern Isles. You will be picked up at your hotel in Tórshavn and then head north. After driving through sub-sea tunnels and a mountain tunnel, you will get to Klaksvík.
Klaksvík is influenced hugely by the fishing culture. You will see fishing vessels along the harbour here from small boats to large ships.
From Klaksvík you will see the beautiful mountain Kunoyarnakki on Kunoy Island. You will also get a great view of Fugloy Island from the village Viðareiði. The views from Viðareiði are one of the absolute highlight on this day tour.
After experiencing the northernmost isles in the archipelago, you will head back to the capital. Your guide will drop you off at your hotel or designated location.

Day 3
Vestmanna Sea Cliffs
Wednesday. Discover the incredible views when sailing next to towering basalt walls and impressive gorges. You will be picked up in Tórshavn and then head to Vestmanna.
At the harbour in Vestmanna a boat awaits you that will take you to one of the most beautiful coastline and spectacular landscapes in the Faroe Islands. Your first glimpse of the majestic bird cliffs is unforgettable.
This precious moment in nature where you will see birds in their natural habitat will make you feel fortunate. Weather permitting, your captain will sail you through grottoes and narrow straits. The boat tour takes just less than two hours.
When back in Vestmanna, you will stop in the Viking village Kvívík. Here you will walk between the excavation that reveals how the Vikings went about thousand years ago in the Faroe Islands. You will be dropped off in Tórshavn at the end of the day.

Day 4
Suðuroy Island
Thursday. Look forward to an exciting day tour to the most southernly island in the archipelago. Suðuroy Island will unlock some of the most untouched travel experiences in the Faroe Islands.
When on Suðuroy Island, you will have the opportunity to stand on a wooden bridge that links the island to the grassy rock Rituskor. You will also have a panorama view of sea cliffs and the vast ocean from Akraberg Lighthouse.
You will be picked up in Tórshavn in the morning and then sail from the capital to Suðuroy Island. There are fantastic view along the route when on board the ferry. You will sail close to the smallest of the islands Dímun as well as craggy coastlines and rolling green hills.
Pickup at 08:00. Drop off at 20:00.
Day 5
Streymoy Island & Eysturoy Island
Friday. Today you will enjoy some magical moments on the two main islands, Streymoy Island and Eysturoy Island. The sights on this day tour are an essential part of a trip in the Faroe Islands.
After you have been picked up in Tórshavn, you will hit the road to the isolated village Saksun. This is where you will experience the tidal lagoon from the tiny turf settlement that lies in beautiful surroundings between rugged mountains and fascinating streams.
When you have explored Saksun, you will head to Tjørnuvík. This village lies in epic surrounding in a remote bay with no other villages in sight.
Now you are ready to discover the best sights that the northern part of Eysturoy Island has to offer. When on Eysturoy Island, your primary goal is to explore the villages Gjógv and Funningur. Your tour guide will share some of the local stories along the way.
At the end of the day, you will be dropped off in Tórshavn. We recommend you to enjoy a dinner out at some of the great restaurants in the capital.

Day 6
Mykines Island
Saturday. Look forward to an absolutely amazing day in the company of puffins on Mykines Island. Here you will see thousands of puffins and other birds. The puffins will greet you on green hillsides as you walk in the lush green grass.

Everything is prepared and ready to go from the very minute you are picked up in Tórshavn so that you can focus fully on your Mykines Island experience and the unspoiled nature that awaits. The tour guide will pick you up in Tórshavn in a spacious coach.
Relax as you drive along the unbelievable coastal scenery before you get to the harbour in Sørvágur. Here you will sail to Mykines Island and all the wonders on the most westerly island in the Faroe Islands. The first thing you will meet on Mykines Island is the steep path and the small settlement, which is the only one on the island.
This exclusive tour will be lead by your local tour guide. Your guide will tell his insights to the unbelievable island and stories from the magic spots that you will enjoy.
Your local tour guide will make sure that you get really close to puffins, but he will also be aware of your safety and let you know how to be careful when approaching the little charming bird with its colourful beak. The hillsides are packed with puffins and it truly looks like something out of an unread fairytale.

Day 7
Vágar Island
Sunday. You will go on an exciting tour to Vágar Islands. This is the island with many of the most sought after locations in the Faroe Islands.
You will see the famous Múlafossur Waterfall in the remote village Gásadalur. This quiet settlement is one of the most untouched sites in the archipelago.
In the village Bøur you will stop and walk in between old turf houses. There is a great view here of Tindhólmur Islet with its many spiky peaks. You will also see the rocky Drangarnir Sea Arch from this cozy village.
The tour will also take you to the beautiful church in Sandavágur. The church sits next to the sandy beach in the village.
