With convenient pickup in Tórshavn, your knowledgeable local tour guide will give you a day filled with unspoiled nature. After less than 45 minutes in a car from Tórshavn, you will get to Klaksvík. This is where your hike starts.

Now an unforgettable hike in the majestic mountains in the Northern Islands awaits. This hike offers a remarkable journey to discover one of Europe's hidden treasures. Walk on the paths used by the Faroese people for centuries. The path leads from Klaksvík to the remote villages north of the town.

Reach stunning viewpoints that overlook the majestic fjords and dramatic seascapes, giving you a unique perspective on this pristine paradise. Your local guide will introduce you to the culture and history of the Faroe Islands, sharing untold stories and insights along the way.

Your guide is born and raised in this region. She will safely guide you over the passes and trough the valleys. On days when the peaks are clear, you will even get the opportunity to stand on a mountain top overlooking panoramic views of several islands in the North.

This hike requires some hiking skills and is somewhere between moderate and hard depending on your level of fitness. You will hike for 5 hours in total. At the end of the day, your guide will take you back to Tórshavn.
