The tour starts with pickup in Tórshavn. Are you staying outside of Tórshavn in a smaller village or even on another island? No worries, just make sure to write your pickup location during the booking process. Your guide will pick you up at tour place (as long as it is part of the road network linked to Tórshavn).

You can either select your own bucket list attractions or (even better) let the guide take you to awe-inspiring landscapes found far away from the crowds. Hikes are done on all main islands connected to Tórshavn. So you can go hiking on Vágar Islands, Sandoy Island, Streymoy Island, Eysturoy Island, Borðoy Island, Kunoy Island, and Viðoy Island. Your day in the mountains will be tailor-made to your needs and level of experience.

Day tours

These terms apply to day tours and activities booked on Guide to Faroe Islands when cancelled by traveller:

• a) For cancellations more than 48 hours before the start of the activity, you will receive a full refund.
• b) For cancellations 48 hours or less before the start of the activity or in case of no-show, no refund.

Multi-day tours
