Welcome to Faroe Islands

We enjoyed our trip very much.

We had a great time on this tour! We were all able to ride the horses (we have two children ages 5 and 7) - because our children are younger, they just weren't covered by insurance. The Icelandic horses were very sweet and the perfect size for our kids (and us). The only reason I took off one star is because there was a mix-up with our booking. Guide to Faroe Islands didn't confirm our booking with the tour guide and so she didn't have it on her schedule. She was able to fit us in, but as a result our time was shortened to ~1 hour (instead of 1.5 hours). It wasn't a big deal, and it was not the tour guide's fault, but maybe double check directly with your tour guide that it's on the schedule!

Irdi was amazing! She tailored this tour to our family (we have two children ages 5 and 7). The weather was amazing so we took more time at our stops to walk around and explore. Irdi is super knowledgeable and answered our many questions. We enjoyed our coffee and tea break (she even brought juice for the kids - and Haribo!). This was a great way to see the northern islands and get a better understanding of the culture and history. It set us up for success for the rest of our trip. I highly recommend booking this tour!

Fantastic Tour. We got to see some of the best places in the Faroe Islands in just one day. Elsa was a fantastic guide, she was very kind, organized, knowledgeable and patient. She really made the tour special sharing about Faroese culture, even giving us treats throughout the tour and never rushing us during the stops. Highly recommend this tour and specifically Elsa!

Annfinn was an excellent tour guide. He was so knowledgeable, took us to the most beautiful places, and gave us lots of time to take pictures and enjoy the view. I did not rent a car so this tour was the perfect way to still see lots of sights. The beach in Tjørnuvík and also Fossá waterfall were my favorite spots. Thank you for such a great tour!
