Else Maria är en utomordentligt professionell och kunnig guide. Hon visade oss en rad unika och natursköna platser som vi inte kände till sedan tidigare. Dagen avslutades med en mycket uppskattad båttur där vi fick möjlighet att se flera lunnefåglar i sitt naturliga habitat. Lunchen som hon bjöd på höll hög kvalitet och bidrog till en helhetsupplevelse utöver det vanliga. Vi ger våra varmaste rekommendationer för denna välplanerade och minnesvärda tur.

I had a wonderful day with Randi and doing the hike with her never felt rushed as she was patient and engaging at all times. The hike was not difficult but the views were rewarding and truly stunning. One highlight of the tour was I got up close with a Faroese sheep and her lamb because Randi knows this particular friendly sheep and was able to spot her on the open fields. And she took a fantastic photo and video clip of me patting the sheep and the whole experience was priceless. Another highlight was one of the local residents at Trøllanes village shared some stunning unreal pictures of sunrise taken that morning. The resident shared with Randi and I was so fortunate to see and have those pictures for memory's sake. The whole tour together with these unexpected encounters make this an unforgettable experience. This was my second tour with Elsa and she did not disappoint at all. Again, I was fortunate to be the only guest for the day so it was really nice to spend the day with her. The Northern islands are really breath-taking and photos just cannot capture the beauty adequately. You need to be there to take the sights all in to appreciate the stunning landscapes. As my previous positive feedback, Elsa took a lot of photos to document the trip and share the link with me after for memories. She is always engaging, patient and very accommodating. This is a highly recommended tour.

It was a wonderful day to spend with Elsa for the tour and I was very lucky to be the only guest for the day, so I had her all to myself. It felt more like a good friend driving and showing me the highlights of tour and she is very patient and likes to shares lots of short stories and information about the places we visited that day. She is passionate about her work and great company to be with. She is also very thoughtful and brought a spare jacket and hiking shoes in case I did not have the right gear and attire. She also likes to take photos of her guests during the tour and very engaging at all times. I feel like she is a good friend rather than a tour guide. She even took a short detour to show me Faroese horses knowing that I love animals. As for the lunch, I was so happy that I got to try the fish soup and it was delicious.

All in all, she has exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend this tour. It was a truly a wonderful day and I'd love to come back to Faroe Islands again for another visit and sign up one of her tours again.
