Welcome to Faroe Islands

I have a great day and great guide today. He is really knowledgeable and fun and caring. I learn a lot of these places and as well my guide is very passionate about this country as he born and raise here. His family his life and everything related to here. I see a real local telling me stories. I have a wonderful experience with him and with these beautiful islands.

We were in the Faroe Islands for just 1 week and it was our first visit here. We did not hire a car, but we wanted to see as much of the islands as we could and learn more about them so we could return again. This is a fantastic tour, which takes in not only the key sites we visited but passing through so many other fascinating places en-route. Peter was our guide (alongside a second group led by Elsa) he was really engaging and offered up so many interesting and lived experiences of his life in the islands. He also was keen to listen to and answer so many of our questions. We saw so much and learned so much on this tour, yes there is so much to take in and so much beauty its almost overwhelming, but it means we cannot wait to return and visit the places with more time. Also the lunch arrangements were perfect - such great location and menu. Definitely recommend this tour for first time visitors, you will fall in love with the islands like we did.

Elsa was very knowledgeable about the Faroes and we enjoyed her chat and the rest of group chat.
It is a full day and much to see and take in so the follow up video was a bonus.
Looking forward to going back to the Faroes.

Our guide, Jens Peturs, was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about both his country and his job. It was clear that he genuinely enjoyed spending the day with us. He shared fascinating stories, provided a wealth of information about the Faroe Islands, and was happy to answer every question we had.
The small group size made it easy for everyone to get to know each other, and it almost felt like a private tour. We visited breathtaking places, and Jens made the most of every minute, ensuring we had an unforgettable experience.
I cannot recommend this tour highly enough. If you are visiting the Faroe Islands, make this the first tour you book. It is the perfect introduction to this incredible destination!

We had an amazing boat tour. The friendly crew kitted us out in warm windproof overalls.
We got a good view of the sea arch and Mulafossur. We also had the good luck of seeing a lot of puffins. The captain kept the boat in place and our guide pointed them out.
We would definitely recommend this tour.

Súsanna is a very patient teacher, who adapts to the different levels of experience of the people in the workshop.
We had a lovely morning knitting with lots of coffee and cake in the loft of her shop. She also told us loads about life in the Faroes: culture, language, society ...

Very nice experience.
The guides took excellent care of us, two absolute beginners. The horses were calm and cooperative.

Our tour with Jorun was wonderful. We learnt a lot about the Faroe Islands, their history and the people. We visited many beautiful places. Highly recommend this tour.

Les falaises, les crevasses dans lesquelles on est entré, les oiseaux, les moutons et le vert intense tout autour, tout ça nous fait oublier la pluie et le vent . C’est une excursion magnifique qui remplit nos yeux d’images magiques!

An amazing boat tour - the guide was knowledgeable with so many funny and factual knowledge about the surrounding areas. The boat captain handled the swells with splendid grace - would recommend to anyone visiting the Faroe Islands. You will not regret the experience!

Loved this boat trip on 24th June. Not difficult to find the departure point with cafe and toilets nearby. Plenty of free parking.
Very knowledgeable guide who answered lots of questions. The sea arch was amazing up close and we got to see lots of sea birds. Really enjoyed all the puffins. Couldn't get to Múlafossur but got close to the other waterfall Skardsafossur. Good booking communication after initially not receiving confirmation email. Would recommend this trip.

Having joined the 5-days tour we had a fantastic trip around the Faroe Islands. We just couldn't stop looking at nature through the big windows of the minibus. Starting the first day with a shorter hike was a very good idea. Giving us a tremendous start. Johan inspired us to do the same by ourselves on one of the shorter days and gave us an extra ride to make it possible. Walking from Kirkjubour over the hills to Torshavn gave a more direct feeling of living in the Faroe Islands, not to speak of the lovely views of the sea and land. The boat trip from Vestmanna was a wonderful experience that we value highly. Seeing the harsh landscape, the birds nesting and understanding the hardship people have lived under in earlier times. The long trip by boat to the Southern island was well worth the time spent. Showing us another landscape and breathtaking views of the sea and the mountains. Johan was always willing to answer questions and take notice of special wishes (like knitting products). It was very nice to be picked up and delivered at our B&B. Geweldige tour met deze touroperator. Alles van te voren goed en duidelijk via de email ontvangen en het klopte allemaal.
Boottocht is zeer aan te raden want je hebt echt een heel andere beleving vanaf het water dan als je op het land bent.
Tijdens de boottocht werd er ook waar nodig informatie verstrekt door de kapitein.
Al met al een aanbeveling waard.
