Welcome to Faroe Islands

We participated the “See It All” Faroe Islands Tour 12/8/2026, and got a true feeling on why it’s straight 5 stars tour, and why customers like it so much. Our tour guide Jens Petir is very knowledgeable, professional, and nice to each customer to make them comfortable. The whole arrangement is very efficient, making us see so many beautiful places in a short day with rains. Last but not least, his pride as a Faroe Islanders, and his enthusiasm to his home land are very impressive. We strongly recommend this tour to people who wants to understand Faroe Island’s environment, culture and society, and who has limited time while want to dive into the major beautiful places.

This was a wonderful tour and we had a great experience. Katrin took excellent care of everyone and made sure we were comfortable throughout the trip.

The packed lunch and fish soup provided for everyone were delicious, especially the fish soup! We were also lucky enough to see so many puffins, which was definitely one of the highlights of the tour. My 8 years old girl as the little one in our group was taken a very good care from Katrin.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the Faroe Islands. Don’t hesitate to book this tour!!

Vores tur til Mykines blev aflyst pga bølger, og vi fik i stedet en tur til Tindholm.
Vi undrerede os over aflysningen, da det ikke blæste. Snakken gik, at det nok mere var tidevandet end vinden, der var skyld i bølgerne. Alt i alt vi følte os lidt bondefanget.
Tindholm var et fint sted, med søpapagøjer og stilhed.
Dog syntes vi, at en guide til 500 kr per person, der skal servicere ca 36 turister, var godt betalt. Han gjorde sit bedste, og han var god, men det var en umulig opgave, da han måtte forlade en gruppe for at gå tilbage at hente en ny gruppe. I denne periode på en time anede vi ikke hvor han var.
Alt i alt, dejlig tur, bondefangeri, guide med umulig opgave.

Enjoyable and informative tour through Tórshavn. Jens is a very knowledgable guide. I would recommend doing the tour at the beginning of your trip.

We originally booked the Mykines tour, but due to high winds we were rebooked to Tindholmur. It was a great experience overall, with plenty of time to roam around the island and take very close pictures of puffins.

The only issue was that the boats were delayed by 30 minutes and then only one boat came (for three boats worth of people) which got us back to the dock over an hour late. Not the biggest problem though, we still really enjoyed the voyage.

Great fun, thoroughly enjoyable and helped by good weather during the boat trip. Nice small boat - we were a party of 3 in a boat with just 5. The ride was fun, the arch, cliffs and puffins, beach and waterfall and wider scenery were great to see. Guide was great and so was the guy onshore organising everything. Pleased we picked this specific tour.

Fantastic tour and definitely one of the highlights of my trip to the Faroe Islands! The itinerary was very well organized and covered many of the islands’ most beautiful and iconic places in one day. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. The scenery was absolutely stunning, and there were plenty of opportunities to stop and take photos. A great choice if you want to see as much of the Faroe Islands as possible in a limited amount of time. Highly recommended!

It’s definitely worth going on a boat trip with the team from ‘Guide to Faroe Islands’. We really appreciated the easy communication and the information about the area provided during the trip. You get fantastic views and can spot lots of puffins – I’d definitely recommend the trip.

We had a great tour despite the heavy rain and fog. Our guide, Hjalte, was very patient with our slow pace on the trail and did an amazing job of finding clear weather on the islands so we could enjoy the beauty of the Faroe Islands. We were rewarded with the most spectacular rainbow. I highly recommend this tour and company!

Amazing views from the boat! Although the weather wasn't the best, it was still worth it. I loved that this tour is accessible to people with mobility issues. Also, the check-in and boarding process were easy and quick.

Everything here was top of class. Our driver was a local, we got to do everything that most people were not able to do, better parking etc. everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. Well worth the price.

Wow! What a great tour of the beautiful islands. Elsa and her brother gave a truly exceptional and personal narrative of their country This tour is a great way to gain perspective of the islands if your time is limited or serves as an introduction if you are staying on.

Eerste keer Faëroer Eilanden, door deze boottocht kan je al heel veel moois ontdekken. Door het wildere weer op het water hadden we een andere tocht, maar deze was zeker de moeite waard! Zeer mooie uitzichten, vlakbij en door kliffen gaan, in grotten varen. Het was een fantastische ervaring! We zagen allerlei zeevogels waaronder papegaaiduikers en zelfs zeehonden!
