Kollafjørður is a fjord settlement in the mountainous Faroe Islands. The place consist of houses scattered along 7 km (4.3 mi) of coastline on Streymoy Island.

The harbour in Kollafjørður is used by fishing vessels and other vessels alike. There are also small marinas where local fishermen have their small boats. Some of the boats are in the traditional wooden Viking style.

The main traffic road runs through most of the settlement. This road connects the southern part of Streymoy Island to the northern part of the isle.

Villagers in Kollafjøður have views of tall mountains and the fjord along which the settlement is nestled. Those sightseeing the Faroe Islands will most likely drive through this place while in the island group. With its many multicoloured houses along the coastline, this settlement will easily get your attention.

Most villagers have a view of Mount Sornfelli. The mountain is home to two white domes meant for radar surveillance.
