Welcome to Faroe Islands

The trip was fun and enjoyable. My guide, Ove, was good and he provided lots of information before and at every stops. We stopped by at a local restaurant for a nice lunch. He even brought some local snacks for me to try. Lastly instead of dropping me at the hotel, he suggested to drop me at the national museum for me to visit and also provided information to get back to my hotel after the visit.

I had the pleasure of taking the "See It All Tour" in October. It was a great day filled with beautiful sights and insightful and interesting stories. Elsa Maria is very knowledgeable and could answer basically all my questions I had. What I take away from the tour is not only the great impression she gave of your country but also how it sparked a curiosity about the Faroe Islands which I am looking forward to learning more about going forward.

Outstanding afternoon with Jens hiking from Tórshavn to Kirkjubøur to see this fascinating, historic village. The first part of the hike takes you up a fairly rocky, but not-too-steep slope. After that the going is mostly flat. Jens made the tour so interesting, sharing his extensive knowledge of Faroese history and culture. I thoroughly enjoyed the hike - and the beer - I highly recommend this tour.

Great day around the north of Faroes, sitting in a comfy car. Tour was maintained although I was alone. I know that for larger groups they use a mini van which is equally comfortable even if you have big legs like me. The guide is friendly and will make regular stops, assist with pictures and answer all questions you may have about these beautiful islands

Wow, what a wonderful day with our delightful guide, Jens Petur. We were very lucky with the weather - the early morning rain - that looked as though it might continue all day - cleared, offering spectacular views all the way. Low cloud that sometimes blanketed the mountain tops created a wonderful effect that actually enhanced the views. And the heavy rain overnight meant we saw many spectacular waterfalls. This tour is well-planned, with timely stops for coffee, snacks, and lunch. Jens Petur went out of his way to make sure we all (small group of four) had a fabulous time.
