Jack McGovern travelled to the Faroe Islands for the first time when he was a young lad. What he experienced made a lasting impression which has kicked off a deep interest in the island group. The dramatic cliffs, unpredictable weather, and warm hospitality of the Faroese people captivated him immediately. He found himself drawn to the rugged landscapes and rich cultural traditions that seemed untouched by time.
